As Executive Creative Director of Sacks/Fuller in Los Angeles, I had the opportunity to help our client, City National Bank grow and distinguish its brand from other banks during the banking merger mania of the late 90's.
As many Los Angeles banks were absorbed into other financial groups, City National Bank became the largest "independent" bank headquartered in Southern California where it also acted as a processing bank, providing back office services such as checking account processing and check clearance services for smaller local banks that did not do their own processing.
The radio samples are from a few of our campaigns to help make CNB number one in the minds of business owners looking for personal financial services that might be better provided by a local, independent bank.
